Patricia Lindrio joined Global Press in 2015 in Uganda. Patricia is a Ugandan lawyer and very passionate about human rights law and women’s empowerment. Patricia is the Co-founder and Company Secretary for Sweat Equity Foundation Africa, an organization geared toward teaching young girls and women practical skills for economic empowerment.
She has had a passion for writing since she was 11 years old. She believes it is a tool for her to adequately express herself and advocate for minority rights and equality. Patrica joined Global Press to tell stories of people who cannot speak up for themselves, to become a better writer, and for a chance to make an impact through her reporting.
