Patricia Lindrio joined Global Press Journal in 2015 in Uganda. Patricia is a Ugandan lawyer and is very passionate about human rights law and women’s issues. Patricia is the co-founder and company secretary for Sweat Equity Foundation Africa, an organization geared toward teaching young girls and women practical skills for economic empowerment.
Patrica joined Global Press Journal to tell stories of people who cannot speak for themselves, to become a better writer and to create impact through her reporting. Patricia says, “The high level of ethics with working for such an organization has restored my hope in the definition of what true journalism is.”
