At the Kalerwe Market in Kampala, Uganda's capital, Musa Musisi, a horn collector, hits a recently boiled cow horn against a rock to release the insides without damaging the outer horn. The horns' insides are used in chicken feed, while the outer horns are used locally to make buttons or exported to China.
