Local Art Returns to Mexican Park

Esther Villalpando stands with one of her paintings at Parque Lerdo in Chihuahua, Mexico. After a two-year hiatus, artists can now display and sell their work at the park. Villalpando says, “Art and culture make a town nobler. It’s important that children and youth see different things.”
