Volunteers with Unidos por una Sonrisa offer beverages and snacks — along with plenty of sonrisas, or smiles — to the people waiting in front of General Hospital of Mexico in Mexico City. The volunteer group distributes 150 dinners twice a week at three different hospitals in the city.
