Lucas Acosta, who performs under the name Toto, makes a big soap bubble for an audience of children at a park in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Acosta takes advantage of winter school holidays to perform and promote his services for kids’ parties. “The street has something that’s always a blessing for an artist,” he says. “You can show up at any moment and people are always available.”
Chika Yamamoto smiles with her dog, Musa the Steppe Wind, in Dalanzadgad, Umnugovi province, Mongolia. Chika is a member of Celestial Nomads, a project launched in February 2022 to promote Mongolian cultural heritage by traveling around the country with taiga dogs and horses.
