Sia Choi joined Global Press Journal in 2019 as a visuals intern. She is currently studying communications, with a major in journalism and information at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in South Korea. She volunteered at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and assisted journalists in the Press Zone. She was also a member of her school’s photojournalism club, where she organized photo exhibitions on social issues. From this experience, she discovered a love of visual storytelling. Her career goal is to increase the reliability of the Korean press.
