Judith Asiimwe wraps smoked banana leaves around fish with groundnut sauce, which she will steam over low heat on a charcoal stove to make luwombo, in Wakiso, Uganda. Asiimwe says the smoked banana leaves add magic to the sauce and don’t require a lot of spices.
