Global Press Journal Letter to the Editor Policy

Global Press Journal welcomes letters to the editor as a way for our readers to share opinions and contribute to the public discourse. To ensure a productive and respectful exchange of ideas, we ask that all submissions adhere to the following guidelines:

Submission Guidelines:
Letters may be submitted in any language. We will publish letters that meet our criteria in the submission language and in English.

Letters must be no more than 500 words in length.

Letters must include the writer’s full name, city of residence and a valid email address or phone number for verification purposes. Anonymous submissions will not be published.

Letters must be original and exclusive to Global Press Journal, and in reference to our coverage. We do not accept general or previously published material or letters submitted to multiple outlets simultaneously.

Letters must be thoughtful and respectful in tone. While we welcome critique of our work and a robust exchange of ideas, we will not publish letters that include hate speech, personal attacks, profanity or libelous statements. We will not publish letters from any individuals with a known history of online or physical harassment against any journalist or member of staff.

Writers should disclose any conflicts of interest, such as financial or personal ties to the subject matter discussed in the letter.

We reserve the right to edit letters for length only, ensuring that we do not remove central points or criticism of our work.

How to Submit:
Email your letter to letters@globalpressjournal.com with the subject line: “Letter to the Editor.”

By submitting a letter, you grant Global Press Journal the right to publish and distribute it in print, online, and through other media formats.

We appreciate your contributions and look forward to hearing from you!
